I was lucky enough to get my hands on an advanced reader's copy so I have not seen the illustrations yet. But the story is typically Gaiman - magical, funny, spooky and fantastical. As always, he manages to re-tell myths in a way that makes them become contemporary and believable and fabulous - the ghouls especially are a joy. I will never walk in a graveyard the same way again. Wonderful book. 5 stars aren't enough.
